Let’s talk about my experience. So, as well all know the pokemon collab with Krispy Kreme went CRAZY and scalpers will scalp. I was able to snag 2 cups for my wife and I before they ran out u til their supplier gave them more inventory. Well I have 3 little girls who, once they seen our cups asked for one and I am the mama to do everything I can for my girls. I went back not once, not twice but three times and everytime they were sold out. Now, even with the craze the staff was always super nice, never seemed annoyed or frustrated with the amount of times I came up looking for said product. The 4th time I went to inquire I got to talking to Ariella and she asked how many times I’ve been looking and come up empty handed, I told her. I never asked for special treatment just asked if they knew when they would get more, of course they didn’t know until they got it. She offered to take my name and my number and let me know when they had arrived. And wouldn’t you know it the very next morning I got a phone call but I’m not up before the sun lol and a text letting me know they were in! As I took my girls to school we stopped in and that moment time stopped, I took in my kids excitement an

The absolute sweetest and best kids EVER served me yesterday on the 4th of July at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts in Warner Robins, GA! The 4th is my birthday, and I always love to go and visit businesses and get my free things on my birthday! I stopped in to get my three free doughnuts plus 2 more for me and my friend for wearing red, white, and blue! As I’m checking out, the birthday song started pumping over their speakers. They came out from the back smiling ear to ear- they had played the song just for me. Then, they went over to the conveyor and made some special hot and ready glazed doughnuts- and added a 6th just because doughnut to round out the box. They truly made my whole day. Thanks for the great service guys! You can make a huge difference in someone’s whole day when you shine that brightly, and you were definitely a light in mine! ✨🇺🇸🎂 ❤️

I am a native of Winston-Salem, NC. I have visited the Warner Robins site on two occasions, and was sadly disappointed. I'm pretty sure the home office would be appalled by what is being passed as the Krispy Kream brand at this location. My first visit I purchased chocolate cream filled doughnuts, they were formed like oval biscuits and undercooked with very little filling. I purchased raspberry filled that were pale and undercooked as well. Second visit I repeated the same order. To no avail, it was worse. The two raspberry filled doughnuts had about a dimes worth of filling. I was more than 3/4 through both before seeing any filling. The two chocolate cream doughnuts were very dry and old tasting. Quality is in definite need of training or a makeover. The worst KK I've had in all my years. Please stop passing this off as the Krispy Kream brand.

The food is good and all but don't work for this location. There was evidence in the camera that a customer got greeted but they called corporate stating they haven't. They're mad because the coupons they wanted to use didnt work the way they wanted. the husband of the family has his fly is down and there is children in there. There's EVIDENCE and yet that corporate call got someone fired, even if they did everything right. People like that should be ashamed of themselves, including those who governed that decision to terminate. The management is phony and hypocritical. It's not worth it.
